Jacqueline Barrett is a Vice President with STNL Advisors, a real estate consulting group that specializes in unlocking hidden value related to leasehold and fee-owned real estate assets. She began her 15+ years of experience in real estate investment sales in the triple-net lease arena with the NNN Pro Group. While working with the top net-leased properties group, Jacqueline was tasked with managing the portfolios of several REIT’s and completed over $500 million of sale-leaseback program for some of the nation's largest restaurant and c-store operators.
After shifting her professional focus over to Asset Management outside of NYC, Jacqueline returned to city life and joined STNL Advisors in 2016 leading the company’s equity sponsorship and opco-acquisitions division. With combined experience in creating mutually beneficial strategies for both Landlords and Tenants, Jacqueline has become instrumental in all aspects of STNL Advisors. She continues to be motivated by building and sustaining client relationships. Therefore, with her keen eye for detail, in 2022 Jacqueline began managing the Lease Management and Accounting platform for our clients.
